"Women Action" is Association for promoting the status of women in the contemporary social processes. It is founded on November 30, 2000 and has been working on many projects, in cooperation with the Association of Albanian Women "Perspektiva", supported by Council of Europe, Friedrich Naumann Stiftung, ISC, FOSIM,...

Organs of the "Women Action" are:
- Assembly;
- Executive Board;
- President of the Executive Board;
- Secretary General;
- Supervisory Committee.

The Assembly is consisted of all the members of the Association and has President elected once a four years. President of the Assembly of "Women Action" is Violeta Crcevska.

The Executive Board has five members, including the President and the Vice-President. The President of the Executive Board, Dragica Milosevska, is also President of the Association. Vice-President is Lidija Nedelkovska and members are: Donka Djakova, Mersija Kurtanovic and Liljana Milosevska.Secretary General of the Executive Board, at the same time the Secretary General of the Association, is Nada Stojanovic.

"Women Action" has a Supervisory Committee that has three members. The Supervisory Committee has its own President, Loza Ilievska and members are Blagorodna Sokolovska and Zorica Putic.

"Women Action" has its members across the Republic, that already formed sections in Stip, Caska and Radovis. Next to be formed is the section in Bitola.
